We were appalled to learn of the terrorist attacks which have again struck Istanbul and which we utterly condemn.

We express our deep sympathy to the United Kingdom, who has been directly targeted by some of these attacks, and to the Turkish government and people, and extend our heartfelt condolences to the families and loved-ones of those killed.

We assure Turkey and the United Kingdom of our solidarity in the face of the terrorist threat, which warrants, more than ever before, the joint efforts of the whole international community to combat it./.
