Minister, I have just learned of the heinous terrorist attack which has just so cruelly struck the Kingdom, costing the lives of very many innocent people. In these tragic circumstances, I express to you the French authorities’ condolences which I ask you to be kind enough also to convey to the victims’ families. We utterly condemn this appalling act and reaffirm our complete solidarity in the battle you are fighting, with the whole international community, against every kind of terrorism.
