decided by Congress?
We voted for the United States. We immediately expressed our regret that the U.S. did not retain its seat on the Human Rights Commission. We hope that this episode does not bring into question the cooperation between the U.S. and the United Nations, especially the agreements concluded last year on financial matters related to the U.N../.
