1. - We take note of the decision of the Prosecutor of the ICTY. The ICTY is an independent judicial organization. Indictment decisions are its responsibility alone.

2. - We have supported the ICTY's work and will continue to cooperate with it.

3. - We will keep up the pressure in order to achieve a settlement of the Kosovo issue in line with the demands expressed by the Alliance and G8 and persuade the Belgrade authorities to accept such a solution and, if necessary, to impose it on them.

4. - This may require discussions with the competent authorities in Belgrade capable of accepting and implementing a Security Council resolution.

5. - Our obligations to the Tribunal will not be affected by the outcome of the Kosovo crisis./.
